In this session, Hannah and the clients will be engaged in their first financial planning meeting where Hannah and the clients understand the client’s current situation and the client’s goals and priorities.

Course learning objectives:

  • Identify key financial statements
  • Assess retirement needs analysis
  • Analyze client and planner attitudes, values and biases
  • Recognize behavioral finances
  • Summarize general principles of effective communication

Students who complete this course can submit their experience hours and proof of completion to the CFP Board for 50 Standard Pathway experience hours. The CFP Board CE portion of this course has been archived – no CE hours may be earned.
