Keith and Beth 9

Hannah · October 15, 2025

Join us as you sit in on a real client meeting with commentary from the financial planner – Hannah Moore, CFP®️.

In this final meeting with long-time clients Keith and Beth, Hannah demonstrates how clarity, communication, and technical expertise come together at the end of the planning process. The discussion covers investment reallocation, cash-flow modeling, and college funding trade-offs—all framed through the lens of client values and readiness for change.

Learners will observe how a planner translates complex data into actionable confidence, balances technical precision with empathy, and guides clients toward independent decision-making. This course offers a holistic look at the closing phase of a planning relationship—where modeling, motivation, and mentorship intersect.

Course learning objectives:

  • Analyze how planner communication and cash-flow modeling guide clients toward clarity in retirement decisions.
  • Evaluate decision-making strategies that balance financial, emotional, and tax considerations in college funding.
  • Demonstrate planner behaviors that build client confidence and readiness for independent decision-making.

This course has been accepted by the CFP Board and 2 CFP Board CE hours may be earned. Additionally, students who complete this (Keith and Beth 9) course can submit their experience hours and proof of completion to the CFP Board for 50 standard pathway experience hours and 25 AFC experience hours.
