The conversation explores portfolio construction, diversification, emotional intelligence, and communication in financial planning. Hannah models how planners can hold space for clients’ past successes, behavioral tendencies, and emotional reactions while guiding them toward sustainable strategies.

Course learning objectives:

  • Interpret client investment philosophies and emotional responses to guide appropriate diversification strategies.
