Join us for an insightful client meeting with the financial planner, Hannah Moore, CFP. This is meeting four with our clients Keith and Beth!

In this engaging fourth client meeting, financial planner Hannah Moore, CFP®, builds on earlier sessions with Keith and Beth by diving into their investment strategy. This session highlights real-world decision-making as Hannah shifts away from her prepared presentation to meet her clients where they are — both literally and emotionally. The conversation explores portfolio construction, diversification, emotional intelligence, and communication in financial planning. Hannah models how planners can hold space for clients’ past successes, behavioral tendencies, and emotional reactions while guiding them toward sustainable strategies.

Course learning objectives:

  • Interpret client investment philosophies and emotional responses to guide appropriate diversification strategies.
  • Analyze concentrated stock holdings for potential risk exposure and the implications for retirement planning.
  • Assess client readiness for investment changes by incorporating behavioral insights and communication techniques.

This course has been accepted by the CFP Board and 2 CFP Board CE hours may be earned. Additionally, students who complete this (Keith and Beth 4) course can submit their experience hours and proof of completion to the CFP Board for 50 standard pathway experience hours and 25 AFC experience hours.
